During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two great features of the hotel: the beautiful river view and the great pricing. the hotel location was key, placing us within walking distance of the festival we came to attend. The ambiance of the property was very cozy, providing us with a much-needed break.
The room was far from perfect. The upkeep was subpar, and the bathroom was not up to the standards we expected.

The location was great! It was near to all the festivities and attractions. the staff over the phone was very helpful and spoke good English.
The room was dirty from the moment we stepped in. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there were cobwebs visible on the ceiling.
